Kevin Liles’ ability to create, build and lead some of the biggest and culturally relevant brands over the past 30 years has cemented his place in cultural history. Currently, Kevin serves as Chairman & CEO of newly formed 300 Elektra Entertainment. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of 300 Entertainment until it was sold to WMG in 2021. His storied career includes roles such as President of Def Jam Recordings and Executive Vice President of Warner Music Group, and he currently sits on the boards of the Gibson Brands and the Recording Industry Association of America.
 
Kevin is a recognized leader in protecting creative expression and First Amendment rights of artists, spearheading the Protect Black Art Movement. Over the past year, his work has seen bi-partisan legislation signed into law in California and Louisiana, bills passed in state legislatures in Missouri and New York, and the introduction of a federal bill gaining momentum in Congress.
